By joining or using blkhive.org you agree to these terms, our Community Guidelines and our Privacy notice.

Who can join

You must be 18 or older. New accounts may wait for approval before they can sign in. One person, one account; keep your password to yourself.

Your content

You own what you post. You give blkhive permission to show it on the site to the people you shared it with, and to store and back it up so the site works. Only post photos and words you have the right to share.

Businesses

If you list a business, you confirm you own or run it, that it is at least 51% Black-owned, and that what you publish (products, prices, deals, events) is accurate. blkhive checks businesses, but a badge is not a guarantee: members deal with businesses at their own judgment. Purchases through a business's own store are between you and that business.

Jobs, help and mentorship

Jobs, help requests and mentorship connect members directly. blkhive is not an employer, agency or party to those arrangements. Meet in public places and use good judgment.

What we can do

We may remove content or limit, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the guidelines, and we may change features over time. We'll post changes to these terms here.

Copyright

If you believe something on blkhive infringes your copyright, report it through the site or email [email protected] with details, and we'll review and remove it where appropriate.

No warranty

blkhive is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, blkhive is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or from dealings between members and businesses.
